HOTEL BOOKING – delegates

Accommodation Request must be submitted by Sunday, 8. March 2026.

  • Bookings entered later than 8. March 2026 cannot be honoured.
  • Reservation and cancelation deadline expires by 8. March 2026 (see specific booking & payment terms below).
  • Please note that complimentary transport is only available to those staying at an Official Hotel and such booking is done through the host.
  • Remember to book your transport pick up from the airport on arrival. Transport request must be submitted by 3. April 2026, click here.

 

3 Official hotel(s) are made available for delegates. Delegates will be booked by availability and allocated by Badminton Denmark.

The Official Hotels are as below:

  • Comwell Bygholm Park
  • Scandic Opus
  • Pejsegården

Prices per night incl. breakfast:*

  • Single room DKK 1.300 (USD 195)
  • Twin room DKK 1.450 (USD 215)

Gym

  • Well-equipped Gym is available at the venue, Forum Horsens, next to the Players’ Lounge.

Booking procedure:

  • Click the bottom below to start booking your rooms.
  • Please inform us of the exact dates you need rooms, how many rooms etc.
  • After submitting a booking request, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your request went through.
  • Confirmation is including information with payment, rooming list etc.
      • To secure the booking pay with credit card by clicking the link in the confirmation.
      • Fill out the roominglist with all the names of people staying in the rooms.
      • Please inform Badminton Denmark of the contact-person, responsible for the hotel booking, who will be present during the tournament.
      • After completing all information and payment you will receive a final hotel confirmation.
  • Bookings entered later than Sunday 8. March 2026 can only be honoured if available and will be subject to a price increase per room per night.
  • If we are fully booked on the available hotel before the deadline, other hotels will be made available.

 

Please note:

This booking page is only for delegates who will attend official meetings, such as BWF AGM, BWF Forum, and Continental Meetings etc..

All other guests are kindly asked to arrange their own accommodation.

 

Book Accommodation

Conditions:

  • The hotel invoice for the total stay shall be paid before the bookings are valid and before the booking deadline.
    • Please notice: a credit card will be required as payment when booking is completed.
  • A credit card will be required upon arrival as security for extra charges. Please inform Badminton Denmark if you want to use Team Managers credit card as security for all rooms.
  • All bookings are final, and refunds after this are not possible.
    • Neither in case of Injuries, visa problems or sickness etc.
  • Generally, departure or transfer to another hotel must be completed before 12.00 o’clock on the same day.
  • All damages to property of hotels or venues shall be charged to the relevant National Federation and payment in full is expected.
  • It is prohibited to use any kind of cooking appliance inside the hotel or in your rooms.
